Doors will open starting at 1:30 PM. Please plan to arrive before 1:55 PM as we plan to begin the ceremony promptly at 2 PM

Can I bring a date?

Yes! All guests are allowed a plus one. Please add your plus one to your RSVP by June 18th - see RSVP tab on this website.

Yes, children are welcome at the ceremony and after party! Please include them on the RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

No, both the cake reception and the after party will be dry events.

What is the parking situation?

Both venues have their own ample, private parking.

Will there be a break in between events?

Answer

Yes! The cake reception will end around 5:00 PM as guests send off the couple. The after party at The Heartland Lodge will begin at 6:30 PM. During the break, guests are welcome to return to their hotel, relax at a nearby park, grab a bite to eat, or take some downtime before the evening festivities begin. Guests are welcome to come and go throughout the casual-style after party once it begins at 6:30 PM.

Why is there a break between events?

Answer

The couple wanted to create two different experiences for the day - a more traditional ceremony and cake reception followed by a relaxed, family-friendly after party later in the evening. The break also gives time for the family to clean up and guests time to recharge, grab a snack, return to their hotel, or enjoy some downtime before the celebration continues!

Will dinner be provided at the after party?

Answer

There will not be a formal sit-down dinner at the after party, but a casual style meal and snacks will be provided throughout the evening. Please be sure to RSVP so we can plan accordingly and have enough food for everyone!

What activities does the after party entail? Will it be family friendly?

Answer

The after party will be a family-friendly celebration with food, dancing, games, and time to continue celebrating the newlyweds together. Expect a relaxed and casual atmosphere where guests can unwind, mingle, and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony Sunday best is preferred. But for the after party you are welcome to come as you like!

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Answer

Food and beverages must be provided through the selected professional food provider. Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Please note that bringing outside alcohol onto the property will result in additional fees charged to the couple.

Can I come to just the after party if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to attend just the after party. We would still appreciate an RSVP so we can plan accordingly for food and activities.

Am I expected to attend the after party?

Answer

No - while we would love to celebrate with you at the after party, attendance is completely optional! Guests are welcome to attend one or both events depending on what works best for them.
