What if it’s raining during the ceremony time?

Answer

In case of rain, the wedding ceremony will be held in the reception venue, the Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion. The ceremony site and reception venue and are located steps away from each other, the switch be easy to locate.

Will there be seating at the ceremony site?

Answer

Chairs will be limited and reserved for elderly and family. Please be prepared to stand during the ceremony.

What are the meal choices?

Answer

The feast will be served buffet style and includes pot roast, herb roasted chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots. There will also be fresh bread and assorted butters at each table. Food service will begin prior to the wedding party arrival so guests will not have to wait. We will provide hot dogs and bratwursts as a late night snack.

How will the beverage service work?

Answer

We will have a self service bar area available to all guests. This area will include keg beer, assorted seltzers, wine and assorted sodas and water. You are welcome to carry in any preferred beverages as well.
