Question

What to wear?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the sand and under the stars, so think light, airy, and elegant. For Women: Flowy dresses, midi or maxi lengths, in breathable fabrics like linen or chiffon. Wedges, flats, or dressy sandals (heels will sink in the sand!). For Men: Lightweight linen shirts, dress shorts or chinos. Jackets are optional — no ties required unless you love the look. Loafers or nice sandals are perfect. Colors: We’d love for everyone to lean into the tropical vibe — soft neutrals, pastels, or ocean-inspired hues look beautiful against the Costa Rican sunset.

Answer

Departing at 1:30 pm you will enjoy 4 1/2 hour sail along Costa Rica's spectacular coastline. Enjoy the Costa Rican coastline with its pristine beaches and verdant jungles from the bow trampolines, lounge on the roof deck, man the wheel with the captain or relax at one of the oversized tables in the shaded area of the main salon. Upon departing we will sail along the Gold Coast will searching for some of the vast, abundant and varied sea life found along our shores, like: whales, dolphins, turtles, flying fish, rays and a wide variety of seabirds. If conditions permit we can fish. Eventually we pull into one of the many secluded bays in the area and allow our passengers to swim in the warm Costa Rican waters. Life vests, pool noodles and snorkel equipment are available. Following our time playing in the water, a light lunch is served. Lunch is served at approximately 4:00 pm and includes the following: BBQ Chicken, yellow rice, fresh fruit plates, chips, dips (fresh homemade beans and pico de gallo) and fresh baked cookies An open bar is offered during the duration of the tour. Refreshments include: Soda , Juices, Beer: Imperial, Imperial light & Pilsen, Liquor: Centenario Rum, Absolute Vodka, Jack Daniels, Tanqueray Gin, Jose Cuervo Tequila and Cacique Guaro. Wine: Casillero del Diablo Wine red and White Following lunch we pull anchor, raise the sails and casually motor sail across the bay. We arrive at our final anchor location as the sun nears the horizon and the sky explodes into a multitude of colors. Our guests disembark the Marlin Del Rey as the sun sinks below the horizon. A few helpful hints about the tour: We do not provide beach towels so BYO. Lunch is served at approximately 3:30 pm you way want to eat before the trip. Smoking is prohibited All passengers must be barefoot on board, there’s a selected area to leave the sandals To access the boat's bathrooms you must go down three steps, this could be hard for people with mobility impairments
