What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be so missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors (including limited space) we are unable to invite any of your amazing children. We can only hope that having a "parents night out" is exciting, but if this is going to stop you from being able to attend - please reach out to us! We can help put you in touch with some amazing babysitters who can watch your kids at the hotel. Especially for our out of town guests, we will organize a babysitter for you if you plan to bring your little ones to New York! If our headcount restrictions change and we are able to invite your children, we will absolutely let you know.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - we will provide a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony. The same shuttle will be available for trips back to the hotel every 15 minutes for the rest of the night.

Is there parking?

Answer

Timber Point has a parking lot specifically for wedding guests. For guests who require handicap access/assistance, please pull up under the awning to enter the building. The staff at Timber Point will escort you to the elevator, which you can use throughout the night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let your waiter the night of the reception. The kitchen will accommodate all requests.

Are there any day-after events that I should know about?

Answer

We are planning to organize something the day after for anyone who wants to keep celebrating! We will either be meeting at a local brewery or meeting at our house for a bbq - will update the website as it gets closer. Please call/text Joe or Katie with any questions.
