Provided Shuttle to Venue

PICKUP LOCATION: Inveraray Inn, round the corner by the Public house outside the Londis. Taxi will be a white Hyundai Van with a round blue tour logo. Shuttle bus will be white van with AMK self drive logo. Shuttling to Ardkinglas from Inveraray: 12:30 - 7 seater taxi 12:45 - 14 seater minibus 1:30 - 7 seater taxi 1:45 - 14 seater minibus The above schedule is our limited shuttling capacity to the venue. We encourage those with cars to drive themselves, and those who absolutely need the shuttle to coordinate with other groups and to go as EARLY AS POSSIBLE to ensure a seat. Collaboration will also ensure that shuttles are FILLED for each departure. EVENING RETURNS TO INVERARY: Every 30 mins THOSE wishing to bring their cars are welcome to leave them at the venue overnight, with the minibus bringing people back to the venue the following morning starting at 11.

Glasgow Airport is the closest airport to the venue and has a direct bus into the city.

Flying into London is also an option for international guests who wish to see a bit more of the UK during their visit.

Train

Train from London to Glasgow

There are regular trains out of London Euston that go directly to Glasgow central. Routes via Edinburgh are also available out of London Kings Cross. Guests can get a RailCard (mentioned here as well) for additional 33% off. We've linked the operator for direct to Glasgow Central from London Euston, however apps/websites like Trainline are also helpful for seeing all routes and providers.

Railcards for 33% off all Travel for just £30 (Age or travel type restricted)

For those intending to travel by rail during their visit, we highly recommend getting a railcard. As mentioned, you get 33% off all rail travel, which means that for a return ticket to and from London the pass more than pays for itself. It is good for 12 months and unlimited journeys. It is important to note that for those between the ages of 30 and 60 the only available option is the 'two together" card, which is for people who will be travelling together.
