Cocktail Attire Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, linen, slacks, etc. Please arrive 30 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 pm PST. As with many chapels in Vegas, this is an unplugged venue. You may bring cell phones but, per venue policy, no personal photos are allowed inside the premises. A professional photographer will capture the entire event
