Are children welcome?

Answer

If your RSVP link lists your child's name, then yes, you are welcome to bring them along. If you are unsure, please reach out to Hannah via email. For out of town guests with no other options we may be able to provide childcare at the hotel upon request. Please inquire with Hannah via email by October 9th.

Business Casual, Semi-formal, or Formal

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Drees Pavilion.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available on-site at the Drees Pavilion. There will be also be shuttle between the hotel and the venue before & after the ceremony.

Are guests allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

To preserve the ceremony for everyone, please refrain from taking photos or videos. Professional photos will be shared later. Feel free to capture memories during the reception.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 3:45 p.m. to allow yourself time to get settled in before the ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m.
