FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 29, 2027 so we have plenty of time to finalize food, seating, rentals, and all the little details for the day. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we may not be able to include you in the final headcount, so please let us know as soon as possible. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park, find a seat, and get settled before we begin.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location, so once you arrive, you can relax and celebrate with us.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, parking details will be shared closer to the wedding date. Since this is at a private home, please follow any parking signs or directions when you arrive.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is dressy casual / garden party western. Think nice summer wedding attire that is comfortable enough for an outdoor backyard celebration. Sundresses, flowy dresses, dress pants, button-downs, boots, wedges, and nice jeans with a dress shirt or blazer are all welcome. The wedding will be outdoors, so please dress with the Texas heat and grass in mind. We recommend comfortable shoes and avoiding thin heels that may sink into the ground. We want everyone to feel comfortable, cute, and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space and planning limitations, plus-ones are by invitation only. We are only including spouses, fiancés, and partners who were in established relationships prior to June 26, 2026. If your invitation does not include a guest’s name, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome to celebrate with us. We just ask that you include them in your RSVP so we can make sure we have an accurate headcount for seating, food, and space. We want everyone, big and little, to be comfortable and have a good time!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We just ask that you are mindful of the photographer and avoid blocking the aisle or important moments.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Our wedding will be BYOB. If you would like to enjoy alcohol during the reception, please feel free to bring your own. We just ask that everyone drinks responsibly, respects the private property, and plans a safe ride home so we can keep the celebration fun and safe for everyone.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We want everyone to be able to enjoy the day safely and comfortably. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, or reach out to us directly. We will do our best to make sure there is something available for you, because the last thing we want is for anyone to have a lousy time because of a food allergy.
