How do I Book

Book through D'Amico Travel 856-767-4399 or you can go on their website at D'amicotravel.com. Heather and Mandee and the rest of their team can help you book your trip. They can price match also if needed however they are working hard to give you the best deal.

Deposit & Deadline

Answer

DEPOSIT & DEADLINE 10% is due when you decide to book, 40% due 200 days prior =APRIL 2023, and last 50% due JUNE 2023.

When should I RSVP by?

Sandals has encouraged us to have RSVP's in by March 1st.

Travel Insurance

Answer

INSURANCE OPTIONS We are partnered with Allianz for comprehensive insurance options. The policy we recommend is the Classic with Cancel Anytime – 100% cash back for covered reasons and 80% cash back for any reason reasons not covered (purchase within 10 days of deposit). We are not licensed to interpret the policies for you – so if you want to talk to a representative about the options please call Allianz directly 1800-284-8300 with this ACCAM F209993. Here is the link to check out the policies, quote, purchase and see all fine print. *We are more than happy to do this for you!* Please note: Policies are per household. If you live at separate addresses you would do two separate quotes.

Cancelation Policy

Answer

CANCELATION PENALTIES Cancellation charges depend on the time period that the trip is canceled. Insurance premiums are NON–REFUNDABLE. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows: If notice is received 30 to 15 days prior to Arrival, 50% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees. If notice is received 14 to 0 days prior to Arrival, 100% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees. Certain airfares may be non–refundable regardless of time of cancellation. All cancellations of, or changes to airfares are subject to applicable airline carrier restrictions. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE PENALTIES ABOVE FOR CANCELATION – PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE!

Is there a minimum night stay?

Answer

Yes 3 nights is the minimum amount that is needed, other than that you can stay there as long as you want.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Yes! And the most important part is to make sure it is not expiring soon and well as make sure it matched the name you are traveling as. For example if you recently got married and changed your name make sure the booking and passport name match. Questions about this please ask out travel agent team they know all the ins and outs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 5 pm, please arrive before 4:40pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual, beachy. (Sundresses, jumpsuits, polo shirts, button up shirts, shorts, sandals, etc. ) No swimsuits please!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be doing a 3 hour catamaran boat cruise on Friday @ 10 am till 1-pm Food, drinks, and bathrooms are on the boat. They stop and let us snorkel and stop at a water slide so swimsuits are encouraged. The boat is docked right at the resort off the onsite dock.

Can I bring a date?

Yes if your invite has a plus one rooms are based off double occupancy. ** King size bed only** If you have a personal question about this please reach out to James or Caitlin personally.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love your children and would love for them to be there, unfortunately Sandals is adults only 18+.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can. Sandals does a great job with accommodating allergies. Please report food allergies on your RSVP

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Sandals includes transportation to and from the airport, if you have questions about this please reach out to our travel team at D'Amico Travel.

Should I fly in by a certain day?

Answer

Our travel agent does suggest 11/9/21 however it is completely up to you and what you are comfortable with.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are, we are registered on Amazon. But you traveling to the wedding is really the only gift we would love!
