How should I RSVP?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. We recommend bringing a coat as October in Michigan can be cool. The reception will be indoors, with an outdoor patio available featuring a bar and heat lamps.

What's the wedding dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or dress slacks with a blazer. Ladies, a cocktail dress, dressy skirt and top, or a tailored jumpsuit would be perfect.

What is the closest major airport?

Answer

We recommend flying into Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), which is located about an hour and 10 minutes east of Cement City (and roughly 50 minutes east of the hotels in Jackson). Alternatively, you may consider Capital Region International Airport, a regional airport located in Lansing, about an hour north of Cement City.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

Answer

Yes, we're arranging a shuttle for guests staying at our designated hotels in Jackson within our wedding block. The shuttle will transport you to the ceremony and return you to your hotel as the reception winds down. We'll confirm specific pickup and drop-off times closer to our wedding date.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

We respectfully request that no children attend the ceremony and reception, with the exception of the bride and groom’s nieces and nephews. Thank you for your understanding.
