FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by or before August 15, 2024 so that we can get final head-counts to our vendors. If you have not RSVP'd by then, we will assume you cannot attend and will unfortunately be unable to accommodate your attendance.

Question

Can I RSVP online or by mail?

Answer

We ask that RSVP's be completed here on our website to keep everything in the same place!

Question

What time do I need to arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5 PM. Parking at the venue is a quick walk to the ceremony location, but please be in your seats no less than 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will be asked to hang back until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to attend in semi-formal attire. This can consist of skirts, dresses, or slacks for the ladies, and suits or dress pants and a collared shirt for the men.

Question

What should I NOT wear?

Answer

We ask guests refrain from jeans, sweatpants, sweatshirts, and flip-flops. We also ask you refrain from wearing white. Use this as a fun excuse to get dressed up!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space restrictions at the venue, we ask that only guests listed on the invitation attend the evening. We are hoping for an intimate evening with our closest friends and family to celebrate with. We have made sure everyone knows someone else attending, and we thank you in advance for your understanding!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids, but kindly ask they be left at home for the evening, unless they are in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will not have an open bar at our wedding, but will have a cash bar available and wine with dinner. So if you're wanting a cocktail, stash some cash for the night!

Question

What will be served at dinner?

Answer

We will have cheese and crackers available during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner that includes gluten free, and vegetarian options for our loved ones with dietary restrictions.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is parking onsite that should accommodate everyone, but carpooling with your crew is always a good idea.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors with an indoor reception, weather permitting.

Question

I have more questions about the wedding who can I contact?

Answer

To relieve the stress of the bride and groom, we ask that all questions in the days leading up to the wedding be directed to Anna Berry who can be contacted at (303)594-5341.

For all the days along the way
