What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

We are getting married at the Historic Jasmine Venue, located at 4500 N Courthouse Rd, Providence Forge, VA 23140. Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/F8vtNydsAQ2EvcGS9 Some GPS directions will have you turn onto Marsh Rd, which is incorrect. You will see a white fence along the road frontage with a gravel entrance lane with Historic Jasmine signs (which is BEFORE reaching Marsh Rd).

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. Parking is located on the right side of the entrance lane.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors at the Garden Pergola. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors at the Walnut Tree Lounge behind the manor house in a shaded area. Reception will take place in the marquee tent that can be heated if necessary.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. This includes dress of any length, dressy separates, or a suit and tie.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 12:00 PM, 1 hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 18, 2025.

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, we’d love for you to bring a guest. If you're unsure, feel free to check with us directly. We love your children, but due to space restrictions, only bring children if they are included on your invitation/RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We plan on having an entree and several side items that are gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Everything will be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels? Will there be transportation to and from the wedding and/or prewedding events?

Answer

Guests will need will be responsible for arranging their accommodations. A list of nearby hotels will be under the "Travel" section on our website.
