It is our hope that we can share our weekend with you in the safest way possible and that is why we are closely monitoring federal, state and local mandates and precautions regarding social distancing. We have been assured by our vendors that our date remains unaffected at this point. We anticipate our venue will allow 100% capacity with no mask requirements. At this time, the venue is requiring temperature checks upon entry as well as a signed liability waiver. If you have specific questions, please let us know.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you take your seat at 4:15pm. We ask all guests to refrain from using their devices to capture photographs until the reception.
Kansas City is known to have a warm September with temperatures in the high 80s to low 90s. Our venue will have both indoor and outdoor spaces, so please keep the heat in mind. Cocktail (or semi formal) attire is preferred.
The invitation you receive by mail indicates how many seats we have reserved in your name. Please let us know if there is any oversight on our end.
We have secured a block of rooms for our guests at the Courtyard Downtown, located 800 ft from our venue. Please visit our “Travel” tab for a link with discounted pricing. These rates are valid through August 25th, however rooms will fill quickly. Please consider making arrangements sooner rather than later. This newly constructed hotel is located near several dining and entertainment options and is competitively priced against other options in the area.
There is free off street parking in front of the venue, however it is on a first come, first serve basis. There is a nearby parking garage that is available for a small fee. For out-of-town guests who are staying with our wedding block, the hotel is less than a two-minute walk from the venue for those who do not mind a short stroll down the block.
