Are children welcome?

Answer

YES! We hope to celebrate with all of our friends and family! There will be childcare at the event to help keep children safe and entertained however children are still the responsibility of their parents. There will be a room set up with toys, games and coloring materials as well as a mother daughter babysitting duo. They will be at the venue from 4:45 to 11pm and are there to provide a safe place for children to escape to. There will be two pack and plays set up for naps/quiet time for littles.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It will be HOT! The ceremony will be held outside, men may want to opt for light colors and women may want to skip the stilettos as we will be on grass. Think summer garden party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:50pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 18th and book your hotel stay by July 8th!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, there will be a shuttle that will be providing rides to and from the venue from the Holiday Inn in Auburn. Open bar, please don't drink and drive!!
