Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

While we plan to provide a shuttle service for our wedding, renting a car will allow you to explore the island at your own pace and discover its hidden gems. We recommend securing a rental to maximize your travel flexibility and enjoyment during your stay.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that children not attend our wedding (with the exception of our nephews and niece, Jack, Arlo & Bodi). If you are looking for childcare on Curaçao, we recommend using https://www.sitrcare.com/

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for an island-formal dress code. Ladies, we recommend colorful summer cocktail dresses, while gentlemen can opt for light linen blend suits. Ties and jackets are optional, allowing you to stay comfortable in the tropical setting. For the ladies we highly recommend wedges or block heels if you opt for high heels as we will be outdoors!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible, and no later than March 1 to all events, please!

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please submit your dietary restrictions on your RSVP form.

Question

Can I join the welcome boat party on my own boat?

Answer

If you're a local with your own boat or are joining a local boater, please decline the welcome boat party and send Bernice a quick message to let us know you will be joining our little fuik party separately!

Question

The registry isn’t working in Europe, what do I do?

Answer

If you are having trouble accessing our registry, you can try using a VPN. Alternatively, you can reach us via WhatsApp at (318) 914-2692 to let us know what you would like to send, and I can provide our bank details and buy the items in your stead. You may also send a payment via PayPal to our fund or share a gift in person when we see you in Curaçao. Thank you for trying to get us a gift!
