Since we have huge extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to sixteen-year-olds and over, and we hope you understand. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We ask that you only include those that are addressed on your invitation. If you have a plus one we will make sure to specify!

Whats the closest airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to Norfolk/Virginia Beach is Norfolk International Airport, which is about 20 minutes from the venue. Richmond International Airport is the next closest which is about 1 hour & 30 minutes from the venue.

What safety measures will be in place at the wedding?

Answer

Invited less than half the venue's capacity so no one will feel crowded and tables and chairs can be spaced apart / Masks provided for all guests / Hand sanitizer available guest. The couple will attempt to have an adequate amount of hand sanitizer however; they cannot guarantee bountiful amounts. Please bring your own personal supply if able./ Increased sanitation throughout the entirety of the event / All staff and vendors will wear masks and follow safety protocols.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking in the parking lot of our venue.

Do you have a hotel block for guest? Where do you recommend I stay?

Hotel blocks are not available.
