Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children, thank you for your understanding.

What is semi-formal dress code?

Answer

Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). Men can opt for a dress shirt and slacks, or choose to wear a suit and tie.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes please contact the bride or groom if there is a special food request.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking on site but it is limited to 70 vehicles. We ask that you carpool with family/friends if you can.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided from the Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center (726 E Market St, Leesburg, VA 20176) to the Oak Barn (15-30min ride). The shuttle will return you back to the Best Western at the end of the night. If you're staying at another hotel in Leesburg, feel free to drive and park at the Best Western to take the shuttle bus. The shuttle will be departing the Best Western at 3:25pm to head to the venue. Please be early to make sure you don't miss your ride.
