The Heathman Hotel Kirkland

Located in downtown Kirkland, The Heathman is just about 5 minutes away from where we live! This hotel is a good option if folks would like to stay closer to us. There are lots of restaurants and fun little shops within walking distance. Marina Park, a lovely lake-front park, is within walking distance too!

Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Renton

This hotel is a good option if you'd like to be closer to either John and Candy's home (about 15 minutes) or Lake Wilderness Lodge (about 25 minutes). It's located in The Landing in Renton, where there's lots of options for food, and shops too! Gene Coulon Park is also within walking distance.

McMenamins Anderson School

This hotel is a great option if you'd like to stay closer to Glen and Barb as it's about 10 minutes away from them! There are lots of great restaurants onsite, and it's just a fun place to check out. As this hotel was a Junior High prior, there's family history here too! The only downside to this hotel is it's farther from Lake Wilderness Lodge.

FYI

Lake Wilderness Lodge is part of a public community center and is not an active lodge, so there are no onsite accommodations. Lake Wilderness Lodge is also not close to a city hub. There will not be direct public transportation routes to the Lodge. We recommend carpooling, or coordinating private transportation to the lodge, and back to your accommodation. Don't hesitate to reach out to us for questions!
