It was a month before our 6 year dating anniversary, and I took her on a surprise trip to Sandy Hook, NJ. It was her first time going to the Jersey Shore. Throughout college, our go to date was to watch sunsets at different spots in Blacksburg. I decided to propose on the beach at sunrise, just the two of us. It was perfect.
