We have reserved a limited room block at the Marriott Courtyard in Kingston for our wedding guests. Please note there is a two-night minimum stay required. For Welcome Drinks on Friday: yes, there will be ample parking available at the venue. We suggest guests carpool to the extent possible. but please feel free to drive and park on-site. For the Wedding on Saturday: Onsite parking is unavailable on our wedding day. We kindly ask all guests to utilize our complimentary shuttle service, which will provide round-trip transportation from the Marriott to Foxfire. The shuttles will pick guests up at 3:30PM sharp with return trips at both 10PM and Midnight. You can also pre-arrange a taxi with Woodstock Town Car. Please note ridesharing services such as Lyft or Uber are not available in the area.
Yes, we'd love for our guests to join us in Cocktail Attire! Long dresses for women and suits + ties for men.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held immediately following, also outdoors but under a beautiful tent. Women should choose footwear that is comfortable on grass or uneven surfaces. We also ask our guests to please check the weather and dress accordingly!
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice will allow you to make arrangements so you can relax and enjoy the festivities with us.
