Transportation to the venue will depart from the Drury Hotel at 3:45 PM on Saturday (see shuttle details further down this page). King rooms from $208, two-queen rooms from $196, and king suites from $234, plus applicable taxes and fees. Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Hot breakfast and evening dinner included. Richmond Marriott Short Pump

The Richmond Marriott Short Pump is a great alternative option. Transportation to the venue will depart from the Richmond Marriott Short Pump at 3:55 PM on Saturday (see shuttle details further down this page). King rooms from $159 and two-queen rooms from $179, plus applicable taxes and fees. Check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Lounge access available with a $20 fee or complimentary for members. Group rate rooms will be held until 05/01/2026.

Shuttle to and from Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond

Complimentary transportation to the venue will be provided for all guests, departing from the Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond at 3:45 PM and the Richmond Marriott Short Pump at 3:55 PM, with return transportation available following the conclusion of the reception at 10:30 PM. The ride will take approximately 35–45 minutes. Please indicate on your RSVP if each guest in your party plans to use the shuttle so we can plan accordingly. If you are not staying at the hotel, you may still park there if needed.
