What should I wear?

Answer

Formal garden party, anything but black! Colors & patterns are encouraged for all. Midi to floor length dresses - please avoid white and yellow. Suits - coats not required.

Question

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 4:00 and 4:45pm for pre-ceremony drinks. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you will be asked to wait at the top of the driveway.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Weddings can be such a whirlwind & we wanted to plan for quality time with all of our incredible family & friends. There will be a welcome party the night before, along with a casual farewell the day after. We're so excited to have all of our favorite people in one place & want to take advantage of it!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Short answer: no. Long answer: PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE!!!!! It is extremely important to us that our guests have fun but are also safe! There are plenty of Ubers available in the area, as we are just outside of a big city! Our wedding will be taking place in a residential neighborhood, so parking is very limited! If you choose to drive & park on the street, your car will be safe if you leave it overnight - you will not receive a ticket! The driveway will be reserved for drop-off only; no exceptions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but due to space and budget limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We hope you understand that this decision wasn’t easy, however we’re keeping our celebration intimate so we can focus our time with the people who mean the most to us. Thank you so much for being part of this special moment in our lives!

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

You do not need a rental car, however, it may make your time more enjoyable! The airport is only a 15 minute drive from the venue, and Ubers are available. I'd recommend getting a rental car so that you can explore the area - there are beautiful trails, great restaurants and other fun things to do in the area. (See ideas under Things To Do tab!)
