Yes! We have made a questionnaire when you RSVP where you can enter your allergies/intolerances. We are choosing to have a buffet dinner, if any of your allergens/intolerances conflict with the buffet menu, you will receive a plated meal.
We kindly request a cocktail hour dress code. If interested, garden party attire is encouraged! For example, spring colors, floral prints and pastel color dresses! Our wedding colors are "shades of pink" so any other colors that compliments that will be appreciated :) Please keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors, as well as the reception (with the exception of dinner being indoors), weather permitting of course. Please avoid wearing jeans, cargo pants or shorts, or white. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable!
Yes! We have provided a shuttle service that will start at the hotel (Comfort Inn and Suites- see travel tab) and take trips to the venue, and vice versa. SHUTTLE TIMES FROM HOTEL TO VENUE: 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm SHUTTLE TIMES FROM VENUE TO HOTEL: starting at 9:15pm and continuous cycle until 12:00am
For your convenience, there will be free valet parking at the venue. Cars cannot be left at the venue overnight so please plan ahead if you plan on drinking, we suggest considering Uber or Lyft if you are not taking advantage of the shuttle service that shuttles to the hotel :)
We LOVE kids but have decided to make this an ADULT only event, with the exception of immediate family that is in the wedding party. We hope you understand and get to enjoy a fun date night celebrating love with your special someone!
