Jake and I are high school sweethearts; we started the “talking” phase after a post basketball game Applebees trip. We started talking over Snapchat and never stopped. We just clicked.

After a long day of exploring NYC we had reservations to see the skyline from the top of the freedom tower, which if anyone knows Jake, it has been on his bucket list for years to visit. I really didn't think anything of it. We were getting pictures and one of our friends asked a "stranger" to take some pictures of us. Again, I didn't suspect a thing. I kind of thought to myself "Why is everyone acting weird?" but chalked it up to being tired and hungry. Oh boy was I shocked when I turned around and saw Jake on one knee. The "stranger" aka our secret photographer captured it perfectly. Jake would love to tell you a little story about how dumb I was going to feel after begging for a Louis Vuitton purse :) feel free to ask him. We can't wait to celebrate with you!!
