We Can’t Wait to Celebrate with You! Below is Our schedule for our big day. Please check back closer to the wedding for final schedule.
THE NIGHT BEFORE
If you're in town early, we’d love for you to join us at Bar 209/The Red Stu in a private room at 7:00 PM on Friday night! Come have a drink and say hello to the bride and groom before the big day.
WEDDING DAY
Guests Arrive at Venue: 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
Ceremony: 4:30 PM
Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Dinner & Speeches: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Party Time: 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Last Dance: 11:30 PM
Shuttle Service Information:
Afternoon Shuttle: Two trips from the hotel at 3:00 PM and 3:40 PM. Please catch one of these shuttles to ensure timely arrival at the venue.
Evening Shuttle: Starts at 8:00 PM with the final ride departing at 11:45 PM. If you drive to the venue, feel free to leave your car overnight; there is no time restriction for car removal on Sunday.
