We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 4PM, as the doors will close promptly at 4. After that point, you will not be allowed into the ceremony.
The dress code is cocktail or formal wear (with maybe an alternative pair of shoes for when we start dancing)! No jeans, sneakers, hats or any other casual wear.
We have decided to keep our ceremony and reception to adults-only, except for the children involved in the wedding. If you are traveling from out of town and need help finding childcare arrangements, please contact the bride's sister, Vallery Hrbacek.
Yes! There is a parking lot at the front of the venue. Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the same location.
While we understand that plans change, you must RSVP by November 1. If we do not receive your RSVP by the required date, you will not be able to attend the wedding.
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the invitation. Invitations will be marked as "[Your Name] and Guest". When you RSVP, you will see if a plus one has been accounted for your party.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There will be a cocktail hour in the courtyard with heaters throughout, if needed.
While we love that you want to remember the ceremony, it will be unplugged. We have a wonderful photography and cinematography team and cannot wait to share the photos with our friends and family. Feel free to take photos/videos during the reception using our personalized QR code!
