Question

Can we take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we understand your love for photos, we trust our photographer. We request that you silence your phones and be fully present during the ceremony and leave the photos up to the professional! :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are allowed access to the venue starting at 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm so we ask that you arrive at the latest by 4:45 pm in order to park and get situated.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors with refreshments. The reception will take place indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! With that, we request that our guest wear their best formal attire. For the men, slacks and a button-up or a suit. For the women, a full-length gown or tea dress would be lovely.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of close family. Unless stated in your invite, we ask that you take a night out for yourself!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we hope it will be around 80 degrees and sunny for our big day, Texas weather is unpredictable! In past years it has ranged from 70 to 95 degrees, so we ask that you check the weather frequently as we approach the big day.

Where can I park?

Answer

The Grand Lady can fit around 75-100 cars on their property. There is close, onsite parking out front for 50 vehicles with overflow on the service road for the additional cars. We ask that you be mindful of the property and surronding neighborhoods.
