Question

Can I wear a mask?

Answer

Absolutely. The Governor has asked that we list wearing a mask as recommended. This does not mean you HAVE to, but you are more then welcome too. We do ask thought that during as "Professional" photos you please remove them.

I couldn't find a block at any of the hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately due to a festival in the surrounding area we were unable to make a block at any of the Hotels. They are all first come first serve. So please, if you plan to stay book a room as soon as possible.

Is there transportation from hotel to the venue & back?

Answer

No. We have decided not to provide transportation to and from the venue do to the attendance. This is a result of covid.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue over night?

Answer

Sadly no. Venue rules states no vehicles may be left over night. If you do leave your vehicle it will be tow'd and the owner will be responsible for the bill.

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes. We will be having an open bar that will open 30 minutes before dinner starts. This will include beer and wine. There is NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED on the property. Please don't bring your own, if you get caught with it you will be asked to leave.

Is this a formal event?

Answer

Yes and no. It's a wedding but is also a rustic one. If you'd like to dress up formally go for it! Otherwise dressy casual works just fine.

Should I bring my wedding gift with?

Answer

We kindly ask that if any gifts are purchased from the registry that they are sent to the house. This will limit us having to bring it home with us at the end of the event. There will be a card box on site for those but anything bigger we asked is mailed.

Is it a plated dinner?

Answer

Nope! We're not that fancy of people. We will be having a country style buffet.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Yes and no. Our venue has two stories. The downstairs will have a seating chart to accompany our family with handicaps. The upstairs will be completely seat yourself!

Can I bring my children/a guest with me?

Answer

We are asking that if your invite was just addressed to you that you please don't invite a guest or bring children with. We are extremely limited as to how many guest we can have at the venue and want everyone to know we had a hard time making this decision. Yes, there will be a few children there as we do have many family members coming from out of state and will be here for a couple days. But, we ask that you please respect our decision if yours were not invited.
