When do I need to book my suite by?

Reservations for our group are accepted no later than January 3rd, 2025.

Do you have a block of rooms reserved?
Answer
No, unfortunately this resort does not offer a room block. Please book your suite as soon as possible as there is a limited number of rooms available.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We hope that you will understand our decision to make this a child-free wedding. The resort is adults only and will not allow guests under 18 to enter the facility. If you elect to make this a family trip and stay elsewhere, the resort does allow day passes for those adults included on the invitation to join us.

What is the dress code for the resort?
Answer
The resort restaurants have specific dress codes depending on the meal. Please review an overview of these requirements below. Resort Breakfast/Lunch: Shorts, bermudas, sarongs, and t-shirts are welcome. Sleeveless t-shirts (for men), tank tops, wet clothes, and swimsuits are not allowed. Footwear must be worn at all times. Resort Dinner Casual: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed. Resort Dinner Casual Elegance: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed.

When should we be there?

We encourage you to take this time at our wedding and extend it into a vacation for yourself! The discounted rate promo code is valid for the dates of 3/5/25 - 3/12/25, with a minimum 3 night stay. We will be staying at the Excellence Riviera Cancun from 3/5/25 - 3/10/25 and depart Monday morning for our honeymoon.

Should I bring a gift to your wedding?
Answer
Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, we are hoping that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. If there is rain in the forecast, there will be an alternative covered, or completely indoor option.

What color should I wear to not match or clash with the wedding party?
Answer
Nick and his groomsmen will be in light colored suits with white shirts. Ladies can feel free to wear any color besides solid white, ivory, or cream. Please refer to the attire recommendations on the schedule tab too!

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Our wedding will be intimate, and our venue can only accommodate a limited number of people. Your invite and online RSVP will be made out to "Your Name" & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!
