Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire, so we'd love to see you in your best dressed-up look! Think suit and tie, midi or floor length dresses or jumpsuits. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream to allow the bride to shine in her dress.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in. Free parking is available in the back on the lakeside of the venue. There is usually a lot of free street parking available as well. If you plan on using the shuttle service please see below for details.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras put away until after the “I do’s.” After that, snap away and share!

Are my children invited?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We've worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says plus one or includes a guest's name then yes, we'd love them to join!

We'll miss you! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Shuttle service will run between the Holiday Inn Express and The Harborview Hotel. To the venue: • First pickup: Holiday Inn Express at 2:45 PM, then Harborview at 3:00 PM • Final pickup: Holiday Inn Express at 3:20 PM, then Harborview at 3:35 PM *Please be prepared at hotel entrance to meet the shuttle at the times listed above. Return to hotels: The shuttle will run back to hotels after the reception, starting at 7:30pm with the final departure from the venue at 10:15 PM.
