What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Our ceremony starts at 5:30 p.m. sharp! For guests staying at the hotel, shuttle bus information will be provided for you in your welcome bags! Can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal....but don't forget your dancing shoes!

Absolutely! Please let us know of all food allergies/dietary needs on your meal cards. We want all of our guests to enjoy the night without any worries!

What are the menu selections?

Answer

Meat: Filet wrapped in apple smoked bacon: marinated and grilled eight ounce center cut filet mignon wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon and finished with a Jack Daniels demi glaze. Poultry: Chicken Picatta-egg battered boneless breast of chicken sauteed till golden, finished with a lemon, butter, and white wine sauce, served over spinach. Fish: Baked Stuffed Shrimp- 3 jumbo stuffed with house made crab, scallop, and shrimp stuffing basted with butter and served with a lemon butter white wine sauce. Vegetarian: Vegetarian Lasagna- Marinated grilled vegetables layered with basil ricotta cheese, fresh pasta house made Sunday sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese.

Updates: -The wedding reception is now being held outside on The Woodwinds property in a covered tent. There will be heaters throughout the tent, but please dress accordingly...we want our guests to be comfortable and have fun! -Masks will be required at various times throughout the event. (Subject to change.....this is 2020 after all!) We can't wait for you to be our guest!
