The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. Please plan to arrive at Agapae Oaks no later than 3:00 to allow time to park and find seating.
Black Tie We want our guests to dress up for our big day! What to wear: Black-tie attire is formal evening wear, and guests should wear a tuxedo or floor-length gown. For women a formal jumpsuit, or full-length dress is appropriate. For men, a tuxedo with a bow tie and cummerbund, jacket, tuxedo pants, and dress shoes is appropriate. Of note, our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will and under a tent, and the average temperature in the area at that time of year ranges from 50-70 degrees.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
We kindly request that our celebration be limited to adult guests.
Parking is available in the back corner of the venue property. All vehicles must be retrieved by 10 AM Sunday November 16th.
Invitations will include specific details for the timing of weekend events. There is a drop-in welcome party on Friday, November 14 at 7 PM welcome to all guests. The rehearsal dinner is by invitation only. Please see our schedule page for more information!
Uber and Lyft are limited in the downtown Beaufort area, particularly out towards our venue and Fripp Island. We strongly advise you utilize a car service listed on our travel website to ensure a safe ride to and from our wedding.
There are numerous lodging options throughout the Beaufort and Sea Islands area! Our travel page includes a list of hotels near and within downtown Beaufort. Guests can also rent via Airbnb, VRBO, and Fripp Island Rentals. Please see our travel page for more details!
