1. Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held in Cancun, Mexico! Please check the Travel & Accommodations page for the exact venue and hotel details.

2. What are the wedding dates?
Answer
The main event will be on Friday May 8th, but we hope you'll join us for a weekend of celebration from Thursday to Saturday!

3. When should I book my travel and accommodations?
Answer
As soon as possible! Destination weddings mean limited room blocks and flights can fill up quickly. We recommend booking by Friday May 15th, 2025. PAYMENT SCHEDULE Initial Payment: 5/15/2025 Second Deposit (50% of Total Balance): 12/19/2025 Final Payment (Remaining Balance) : 2/27/2026

4. Is there a dress code?

Yes! Cocktails with the couple: Comfy, casual Wedding ceremony & reception: Semi- formal

5. Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Although we would love to extend an invite to everyone, we are only accommodating those who have been extended a formal invitation.

6. Are kids allowed?
Answer
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. However, you are welcome to travel with your child(ren) but you will be responsible for child care during the wedding events that will be taking place over the weekend. The resort has an excellent daycare to take care of your little ones during the event. Please contact our wedding coordinator via email for more details about this service. vp.plans@gmail.com

7. Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes—if you're traveling internationally, a valid passport is required. Make sure it’s up-to-date! Please be reminded that if your passport expires within 6 months from the wedding date, you will need to renew it.

8. Will transportation be provided?
Answer
All of the weekend's festivities will be held on the resort and are within walking distance. For other events or airport transfers, please check the Travel Info section.

9. What’s the weather like there?
Answer
Cancun is typically warm & sunny in May, so pack accordingly—light fabrics, comfy shoes, and definitely sunscreen!

10. What events are happening besides the wedding?
Answer
We’re planning a welcome party and quite a few of other fun and exciting events. Details can be found on our "Schedule" and "Things to Do" pages.

11. What should I do if I can’t make it?

We’ll miss you dearly, but we understand! Please RSVP so we know for sure.

Answer
Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you feel inclined, we’ve included registry info on the Registry page.

Can I stay at another resort and still attend the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately you must stay on the resort where the wedding is being held.
