What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get fancy with us! Formal attire (black tie optional) is requested. Muted earth tones will coordinate best. Please try to refrain from bold patterns. Ladies, no cream or white attire and gents, no jeans or shorts please!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity and budget limitations we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Only those named on the invitation will be allowed at the event.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

We will be supplying non-alcoholic beverages for all of our guests as well as having a bar service.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Any guests that have not RVSP'd by April 1st, 2025 unfortunately will be marked as not attending and will not be considered when making final preparations for seating and food.

How do I book my lodging?

Answer

We have accommodation blocking in place at the Freestone Inn for all of our guests. The links to book your lodging can be found under the Accommodations section, but you can also call the Inn and make your reservations that way. Please note that on May 27, 2025 any unbooked rooms will be released to the public and you run the risk of no longer having a guaranteed stay. If you would prefer to stay somewhere not listed under of our travel section, there are other options in the Mazama and Winthrop areas.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Yes! The Freestone Inn allows pets ONLY in the cabins with an additional fee. Please take this into consideration when booking your stay.
