Hotel
I have been in contact with the hotel multiple times since sending out your invites. They should be lowering the price of the hotel blocks this week. However, as of now, there's no discount on our room block. Therefore, I would recommend checking their website for the current prices before booking online. Please make sure to visit Wingate by Wyndham York's website to book your rooms, as it currently seems to be the cheaper option than calling. I will update our website when I find out when there’s a discount on our hotel block. Call this number, 1-717-848-2100, tell them you’re with the Davis/Benson Wedding, and provide them with this itinerary number 5136B439967014 if they ask!! The hotel is about 10 minutes from our venue and there will be transportation provided to get to and from the hotel. Please note that rooms are first come first serve!

With coaching comes great perks! Jeremy and I have been oh, so lucky, to snag one of the kindest, & most selfless people we could ever ask for to transport our guests from the hotel to our venue and back! The ceremony begins at 4:00pm so guests will be welcome to arrive around 3:00, the first shuttle ride will leave the hotel at 3:00. It will drive to the venue, drop you off and then take one more trip to the venue. We ask that you please do not arrive after 3:50!!!!!! When it comes time to leaving the bus will leave the venue around 10:00pm, if you do not get on at that time, you are then responsible for your way back to the hotel. Your safety is one of our priorities and we ask that you please consider riding the bus to and from the venue. 1. It’ll save you gas money 2. It’ll keep you from having to wake up at 7:30am to get your car from the venue BY 8AM. 3. Most importantly, you will return safely!!!!!
