We have a block of rooms set aside for our wedding weekend. We will have the after party at the hotel bar, following the reception. Please book early so we can add rooms if needed. The room block closes May 1, 2026.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony and Reception

May 30, 2026 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

Shuttle will take guests from the hotel to the church, then to the venue, then finally back to the hotel. A shuttle will leave from the Chicago Marriott Northwest at 2:15 PM and take guests to the Church (please arrive by 2 PM). After the Ceremony and photo session, the shuttle will then take guests to Bartlett Hills for the Reception. The shuttle will leave the Church at 4:15 PM. The shuttle will run continuously from 8:30 to 11:30 PM to take guests back to the hotel. The last shuttle will leave from venue at 11:30 PM. Shuttle Summary: 2:15 - leave hotel, go to ceremony 2:45 - arrive at ceremony 4:15 - leave ceremony, go to venue 4:45 - arrive at venue 8:30 - first shuttle back to hotel 11:30 - final shuttle to hotel
