We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged a room block at Courtyard Indianapolis-Castleton. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. There are plenty of other hotels and airbnbs in the area. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

While we love your children and would enjoy celebrating with all, there is only so much space. So unless your invitation specifies family, we would ask you to find a babysitter. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

The gate will open at 3:45pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15 to allow plenty of time to park and be seated. You may want to allow additional travel time as there is currently construction happening from all directions of the venue.
If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a free shuttle to and from the hotel/venue. Otherwise there is free parking on site but you can NOT leave your car overnight as it is a private drive that will be locked.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and part of cocktail hour will be outdoor. Cocktail hour will also have indoor options and the reception will be indoors.
The requested attire is anything from cocktail to formal. We would ask no jeans. The colors of our wedding are blue. Feel free to join in on being a part of our something blue but not a requirement. Definitely something you can groove in! Please note, if weather permits the ceremony will be outside with some walking on grass.
Yes, there will be an open bar. Please don’t bring outside alcohol as it would incur an additional fee for us.
There will be a seated meal around 6:30pm. There will also be some light appetizers at the cocktail hour.
There will be a section when RSVPing to specify any dietary restrictions.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
