We’re excited to welcome so many of you from out of town. Thank you for making the trip to celebrate with us! On this page, you’ll find helpful travel details, including information about our hotel block and a note about driving directions to the venue.

We’ve reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, VA for our out-of-town guests. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the venue, which as you will soon find out, is a bit off the beaten path. Rooms are available for both Friday and Saturday night, depending on your travel plans. Since our wedding weekend falls during a Virginia Tech football game, hotels and Airbnb's in the area are expected to fill up quickly. If you’ll need accommodations, we recommend booking as soon as possible. You can use the link here to reserve directly through our room block. Reservations must be made by 9/23/25 to receive the group rate, and they may be canceled up to 14 days prior to avoid being charged. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Travel Note

Driving to the Venue

When driving to the venue from I-81, your GPS will take you onto route 100 at the Dublin exit, and then onto route 42. This is a beautiful drive in! If you are coming from the Blacksburg area, your GPS may offer two different routes: The Scenic Route: This is a winding, two-lane back road that offers beautiful views of the countryside. It’s a peaceful drive, but note that it includes curves, hills, and limited passing zones. If you enjoy a scenic experience and don’t mind slower-paced roads, this is a lovely option. The Highway Route : For a more straightforward drive, you can stay on Highway 460 all the way until Pearisburg. This route avoids the back roads and is typically easier for those who prefer a more direct, highway-style drive. Both routes take about the same amount of time, so feel free to choose the one that fits your driving style and comfort level best!
