The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM sharp, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and ready by then. Please arrive by 5:15 PM to find your seat and settle in before the celebration starts!
We’re going with formal attire for the evening. Suits and ties and longer dresses or jump suits are preferred. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception.
October in Louisville is usually beautiful with daytime highs in the 60s–70s and cooler evenings. We suggest checking the forecast or your weather app before packing and bring a light layer if needed.

If you’re local, feel free to Uber or drive — the parking garage across the street is super convenient. If you're staying at Hotel Distil or Aloft, you're in luck: it’s just a short 2-block walk to the venue. We’ll also have transportation available between the hotel block and the venue: Bus will be available starting at 4:45pm if you prefer not to walk.
Yes! Shuttle busses will depart from Hotel Distil at 5:45PM to Louisville Slugger Museum and will provide return trips following the event.
