The doors to the venue will open at 3:15pm. We recommend arriving to the venue at least 20 minuets ahead of ceremony time to ensure you have enough time to park and get seated in the ceremony space. Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Following ceremony we will have; cocktail hour, speeches, supper, and an open dance floor that will conclude at 10:30pm for departure.
While there is no specific room block at a local hotel for the Magalski wedding, there is a list of various nearby hotels that can be found on the "travel" page. We highly suggest booking your room ahead of time as there is a local aviation show going on this weekend and people travel from all over the country/world to attend this event.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation unless otherwise noted with "+ guest"
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to invite all of our friends' and familys' children, there will be limited children as we are attempting to keep the invites 18+ in most cases, in the instance that your kids are invited they will be noted on your invitation (ex: Adult, Adult, & kid ) and they will also show up when you go to RSVP on this site. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our very special day.
Specific drinks will be available to wedding guest at no cost, but if you prefer something that is not one listed a cash bar will be available for you to purchase from. Foundry 45 has 3 working bars of which 2 for sure will be open for you to get drinks from.
Please dress in dressy-casual/semi-formal wear and avoid wearing shorts and jeans. Khakis, dress pants, button downs, polos, etc. are all perfectly appropriate. While color choice and style is completely up to you please note that the wedding party will be in olive green, navy blue, and white is reserved for the bride only. But feel free to coordinate with the wedding party if you so choose.
Absolutely!! There should be more than enough parking spaces right on site at Foundry 45 for the number of guest we expect.
Fingers crossed weather plays nice, the ceremony will be outside at Foundry 45, but in the event of rain we are able to move the ceremony inside at the same venue. Cocktail hour will take place both inside and outside, wherever you prefer to mingle with others. Supper, speeches, and dancing will all take place inside but the outside area will remain open for individuals to socialize if they prefer.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, if purchased off the registry should give you an option to ship directly to our home, otherwise you are more than welcome to bring it to the wedding venue where a gift table with card box will be available as you walk in. All monetary gifts from our wedding will be put into our joint account for the down payment of our future home (whenever we actually find a home to buy) :)
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special time. Any photos you would like to take following the cocktail hour are your photos to take, but please refrain from posting any photos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had the chance to post as Mr. and Mrs. Magalski first.
