The airport is located about a 20 min ride ($25-30 Uber/Lyft) from central New Orleans.
Travel Note
You won't need a car this weekend. Uber and Lyft are our main modes of transport when we stay in NOLA. Its a quick ride almost anywhere in the city and will cost you around $5-$10. The Streetcar is another great way to see the city and get around. It's $1.25 per ride, or you can get day passes starting at $3.
House Or Rental
New Orleans is full of amazing and unique rentals. There is definitely something for everyone whether you like being closer to the party in the French Quarter or something quieter in the beautiful Garden District.
