This is a private event and animals are discouraged because some attending adults and children have allergies, and such allergies will be respected and accommodated at this event, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Absolutely RSVP, if you want a spot, with food and drink. If you want yourself and your guests to enjoy the food and beverages available to RSVP'd guests, then yes you must timely RSVP yourself and your party, via this website. The Bar service and the Chef both base their available service inventory upon the guests who have RSVP'd. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLICATIONS OR DIFFICULTIES WITH THE PSVP PROCESS, PLEASE CALL JAMIE REAVES AT (832) 707-0510 TO REPORT AND DISCUSS.

Yes. Please see the Tab that says "Registry" on this website. However, with that said, the Bride and Groom do not expect gifts. Your presence to celebrate this special occasion is a gift in and of itself.
Rooms are not blocked, but there is a courtesy hold on select rooms at a discounted rate at The Embassy Suites in The Woodlands and at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Conroe, Texas. Please see the Travel tab on this website for more details. The courtesy holds expire 30 days from the wedding, and thereafter, any reservations made at either of these locations will be subject to the then-current posted rates. Courtesy holds are based upon room availability.
If you want to take advantage of one of the courtesy rates at either suggested venue, you should make the reservation as soon as possible to ensure a spot, but your reservation must be before November 10, 2025, and based upon availability.
Yes, yes, and yes. There will be an open bar for the entirety of the cocktail hour and the reception. There will be non-alcoholic and diet beverages also available. The only cash needed would be for those inclined to tip the bartender.
Yes. There is a gravel parking lot, with a short (and level) walk to everything, with ample parking and signs that will guide drivers where specifically to park. PARKING RECOMMENDATION: BEST TO BE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT AT PINE LAKE RANCH BY OR BEFORE 4:10 P.M., FOR THE DRIVER WHO PREPARES TO DEPART AND ARRIVE BY A SPECIFIC TIME. CONSIDER ALLOWING A LITTLE DISCRETIONARY EXTRA DRIVE TIME FOR UNCERTANTIES IN TRAVEL AND UNFAMILIAR ROADS.
Yes, to an extent... At least 2 shuttles will initially run from the Embassy Suites at Hughes Landing to Pine Lake Ranch for the wedding ceremony. Each shuttle has a 14-person capacity (max). Bride and Groom's family shall have priority reserved seats on the shuttles to the wedding ceremony. Any remaining available seats to the wedding ceremony are based upon the order of timing of guest reservation(s) at the Embassy Suites.. Other transportation options will thereafter be by transportation app (e.g.: Uber or Lyft) or rental car, at the traveler's expense. Thereafter, the shuttles will be available to transport guests back to their lodging, as needed throughout the night, and until the end of the reception. All rides on the shuttles are optional, based upon available space, and at no cost to the guest (save and except any tip money), and based upon a first come-first served basis. Shuttles will operate throughout the Wedding Reception to take any early returners back to their lodging, as needed and available. Any destination drop-off areas are subject to the transportation company's rules for operating the shuttle busses. In my opinion, be smart and stay at one of the recommended hotels, or otherwise in the general vicinity.
