In order to prepare enough delicious food, the RSVP deadline in September 1, 2023.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We recognize that some of you will be traveling with your children, so please know they are welcome to the ceremony and reception. However, please note that if your child is crying or getting upset during our ceremony please take them outside the chapel to calm down. Thank you for understanding!
The Lost Mission has plenty of free parking space and handicap cart services available for our out of town guests.
Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule, this means we can not push back start times for anyone running late. If you happen to arrive late to the ceremony, you will not be allowed to enter the chapel. This avoids distractions for not only other guests but also the bride and groom.
The ceremony starts at 5:00pm sharp! We ask that you arrive to the chapel thirty minutes (4:30pm) prior to the ceremony starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish.
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be hosted in the courtyard outside the reception hall.
The Lost Mission has both a chapel and reception hall just a short walk apart.
A photographer/ videographer will be present but you may absolutely take as many pictures as you like. We just ask that you not stand in front of the photographer or leave your seat during the ceremony.
Unfortunately we will not be able to live stream the ceremony but we will record it and upload it to our wedding website.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. You may wear floor length, tea-length, midi formal dresses, suits and ties. Preferably no jeans please.
Welcome to Texas! The weather here can be a bit funny. During the day, the weather is comfortable with a low of 64°F and and high up to 82°F, but will get chilly at night. It's a good idea to bring along your umbrella so that you don't get caught in poor weather.
We never want the night to end, and hopefully, you won't either! That being said, we hate being the bearer of bad news; we expect the reception to end around 9:30pm.
Since we are flying down to Texas for our wedding we won't be able to bring any gifts home with us. To make things easier for our guests and ourselves, we have decided to register gifts through Zola. You can find it under the "Registry" tab on our website. Once purchased, they will be delivered right to our doorstep. We will also have a "Money Tree" at our reception.
