Kick off the wedding weekend with us at the beautiful Hotel Carmichael for a festive Welcome Party in the iconic Feinstein’s cabaret bar! We’ll have delicious food, cocktails, and live music from local Indy favorite The Woomblies to get the celebration started. We’d love for everyone to dress in fun, festive cocktail attire and come ready to mingle, dance, and celebrate with us before the big day. Think elevated, vibrant, and party-ready — the perfect excuse to dress up and have a great time with friends and family. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the start of an unforgettable weekend!

After the rehearsal dinner, keep the celebration going with us for Welcome Drinks at 3UP Rooftop Bar! Join us on the rooftop for cocktails, late-night bites, and a fun, relaxed evening with friends and family before the wedding day. With great views, great music, and even better company, this will be the perfect chance to mingle, unwind, and soak in the excitement of the weekend. Come ready for a lively night out and help us kick off the festivities in style!

Please select “RSVP” for shuttle transportation if you plan to use the provided transportation to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will be available from both Hotel Carmichael and Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis/Carmel to the venue, with return transportation back to the hotels following the wedding. Times for transportation will be updated closer to the wedding on the website so keep a look out for that!

Our wedding attire is elevated garden chic — think romantic, polished, and effortlessly elegant. Guests are encouraged to wear formal attire in light, colorful, or floral-inspired tones that feel fitting for a garden celebration. Please keep in mind that portions of the event will take place outdoors and on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly (block heels, wedges, or dress shoes that are grass-friendly are a great option!). We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone dressed up and feeling their best!

We’ll be gathering one last time for casual brunch bites, drinks, and quality time with friends and family as we soak in the final moments of the wedding weekend. Come relax, recap all the fun memories from the celebration, and enjoy a slow morning together before departures. We’d love to spend a little extra time with everyone before the weekend comes to a close!
