We kindly ask all guests to arrive no later than 4:15, with the ceremony area being available for seating starting at 4:00. Guests arriving after 4:25 will be requested to join us after the ceremony to ensure we start on time.
Yes! We kindly request guests to dress in cocktail attire. Not sure what this means? We suggest knee-length or midi cocktail dresses, snazzy jumpsuits, elegant separates, or suits/sports coats with an optional tie. Feel free to bring some dancing shoes as well!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at Arrowhead Golf Course.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. If Colorado weather has other plans, we'll take the celebration inside. Cocktail hour will also be held outside, and the reception will be indoors for the rest of the evening.
Firstly, are you 21?? If so, yes!! Come thirsty. We'll have an open bar flowing all night - cheers to that!
We will have shuttles departing FROM the venue at the end of the night. The shuttle will return guests to the Hilton Garden Inn in Highlands Ranch and guests can coordinate transportation from there. Ride shares are a great option to get TO the venue! We strongly recommend taking the shuttle back or driving your own car (safely). Guests will have ample parking at the venue.
