4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The ceremony will take place outdoors at the back of the venue. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure you’re comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Head to the indoor or outdoor bar and help yourself to a cocktail (or two or three or four) - passed appetizers will be making the rounds, too! Cocktails are on us for an hour and a half, after which wine, beer and soda will continue to be available.
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of delicious options, followed by sweet treats from a mobile donut truck - and then it’s time to hit the dance floor and celebrate all night long!
