Things to do

Read the New York Times 36 hours in St. Louis published last month: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/04/travel/what-to-do-in-st-louis-vacation.html Also see the Frugal Traveler's piece: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/03/14/travel/st-louis-budget-affordable.html

5595 Grand Drive, St. Louis, MO 63112
, (314) 367-7275

Join us here for a run or walk at 8 AM on Sunday, May 26. There's a lot to see in Forest Park including a free zoo and art museum, and a history museum. Or just come for the exercise.

City Museum

City Museum

750 North 16th Street, St. Louis, MO 63103

Unique museum/playground. Open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Yes it has a bar.

Saint Louis Riverfront Trail

Saint Louis Riverfront Trail

1246 Lewis St, St. Louis, MO 63103

Cyclists, this is nice trail that winds along the river side of the flood wall, up on to levees, and even into Illinois over an old bike-only bridge. Carry a flat kit because there are no bike shops.

St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum

St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum

, (314) 345-9600

Check out the Cardinals hall of fame or actually go to the game!

Anghad Rainbow Terrace

Anghad Rainbow Terrace

3550 Samuel Shepard Dr, st louis, MO 63103

"The Angad Rainbow Terrace is an enchanting indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge, bar and event space with sweeping views including the Saint Louis city skyline and the famous Gateway Arch. Enjoy hand-crafted cocktails, new and old world wines, inspired small plate offerings created by Chef David Burke at sunset or under the moonlight."

Imo's Pizza

2916 Gravois Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63118
, (314) 865-2127

Take your snob cap off and take a bite of this -- St. Louis style pizza at THE ubiquitous chain. It never even tried to be an Instagrammable kind of food, so put your phone away, close your eyes, and savor the delicate square-shaped, Provel cheese-engulfed morsels of this beloved St. Louis staple. The internet may hate, or hurl pretentious insults like, "tastes like a cracker with fake cheese," but well-known fans of the chain are Jon Hamm, and Ellen Le.
