Airbnb

There are a number of homes available to rent on Airbnb. The wedding is located in Germantown, but you might find a rental in one of the following nearby towns: Hudson, Kingston, Tivoli, Red Hook, Saugerties, Livingston, Rhinebeck, Catskill, or Copake/Copake Lake.

Train

Amtrak or Metro-North

The nearest Amtrak station is in Hudson, NY, which is 20 minutes away from our wedding venue.

Flight

Albany International and Westchester County Airports

The nearest airports to the Germantown/Hudson area are Albany International (a 56 minute drive to the venue) and Westchester County (1 hour 30 minutes drive to the venue). These are both small, regional airports and you might have trouble finding a direct flight. You might also look into flying into a NYC-area airport (Laguardia, JFK, or Newark) and renting a car.

Rental Car

Rental Cars

A rental car is highly recommended if you are flying into NY. The Hudson/Germantown area is not served by Lyft/Uber. There are some local cab companies with whom you can arrange rides ahead of time for the wedding events, but you might feel yourself hampered by a lack of wheels if you'd like to explore the area. Both Albany and Westchester Airports have onsite car rentals, as does Laguardia, JFK, and Newark.
