What should I wear?

Answer

Canlis is a formal or black tie optional restaurant. This is a fun excuse to get extra fancy! Jackets for the men and cocktail dresses, formal gowns or pant suits for the women.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Answer

Masks will be required for all guests and are to be worn over the mouth and nose unless you are eating or drinking.

Can we bring our little ones?

Answer

As much as we love your children, the venue is better suited for adult guests only.

How do we get to Canlis

Answer

The address is 2576 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 Pro tip - It can be easy to miss the turn in to Canlis as the restaurant isn't super visible from the road. If you miss the right turn in to the parking lot it could take up to 15 minutes to drive back around to the entrance. We suggest being in the far right lane and slowing WAY down before the turn. Be prepared to turn right immediately after you pass Halladay St.

Where do I park?

Answer

Valet will be provided for all guests. Please bring cash if you would like to provide a tip to the valet driver.

Do you need to know my food order in advance?

Answer

You will be given vegetarian and non vegetarian options to chose from on the day of the wedding. If you have dietary restrictions please let as know as soon as possible.

This place is pretty fancy. Do I need to know the difference between a salad fork and dinner fork?

Answer

Nah. You can eat with your hands and we'll still love you and be so happy you're celebrating with us. Maybe still use a fork though. Whichever one you want.
