Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

The Austin airport is smaller and is fairly easy to navigate. There are only 2 terminals and 33 gates. To put into perspective, Boston Logan has 4 terminals and 94 gates and Rhode Islands TF Green has 1 terminal and 22 gates. But just like most international airports, it has been known to back up at security so leave yourself plenty of time!

If you are not on list, it is possible a seat will not be available. Multiple shuttle service will be available for return on a first come first serve basis. Please be ready for pickup in the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to ensure the schedule is on time. Shuttle Schedule: 2:30 PM: Sleep Inn 2:45 PM: Holiday Inn Express 3:00 PM: Courtyard Marriott Dripping Shuttle services will also return to each hotel, leaving the venue at 11 PM. If you wish to leave at an earlier time, please plan accordingly as we are not providing an earlier pick up.
